Rule 34 Video: Where Long Clips Are Tagged and Filtered

Rule34video suits casual browsing. Pick a tag or category, then cut the list down with the Duration filter. Rule34.xxx is the better tool for exact searches, because its tags record length, sound and file format, and its search box accepts exclusions and OR groups. Rule 34 Paheal is the only one of the four whose search help documents a numeric length search, though two of its rules keep it off our recommended list.

Rule34.us is left out of the table because I found no rules on it. Our comparison of r34 websites gives its 13,614,708-post counter and cites a Trustpilot review about its premium charges.

Length tags on Rule34.xxx are applied unevenly. A 12-minute clip tagged only longer_than_10_minutes stays out of a search for longer_than_5_minutes, and the counts show how often uploaders skip thresholds, with 618 posts for 6 minutes against 1,705 for 10. Group the thresholds with the OR syntax instead. The query video ( longer_than_5_minutes ~ longer_than_6_minutes ~ longer_than_7_minutes ~ longer_than_8_minutes ~ longer_than_9_minutes ~ longer_than_10_minutes ~ longer_than_15_minutes ~ longer_than_20_minutes ~ longer_than_25_minutes ~ longer_than_30_minutes ~ longer_than_40_minutes ~ longer_than_50_minutes ~ longer_than_1_hour ) covers every length tag from five minutes up. The Rule34.xxx cheatsheet gives no limit on tags per search, and I did not run the query, so drop the rarest tags if the site rejects it.

Rule 34 Paheal, which we describe but do not recommend, measures length with a number. Paheal's search help documents a length metatag, so length>=1h returns clips of an hour or more, and a bare number counts milliseconds, which makes length>=300000 a five-minute floor. A numeric floor does not depend on which length tag an uploader picked, so a 40-minute clip passes it either way.

Each metatag works once per query, so two rating: terms in one search fail, according to the cheatsheet. The tag blacklist under Options holds up to 100 tags and needs cookies and JavaScript, but as the FAQ puts it, "If the image isn't tagged correctly it will still show up."

US and UK law both reach drawn and animated images. In the US, 18 U.S.C. 1466A covers obscene depictions of minors of "any kind, including a drawing, cartoon, sculpture, or painting," and says the minor shown need not exist. Section 62 of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009, which applies in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, makes possessing a prohibited image of a child an offense, and Crown Prosecution Service guidance names cartoons, manga images and CGI.

In the US, report suspected child sexual abuse material to the NCMEC CyberTipline online or by phone at 1-800-843-5678. The Internet Watch Foundation takes reports of "AI, animation, cartoon or 'drawn'" child sexual abuse images, though it can act on drawn images only when they are hosted in the UK.

Rule34video's terms describe no verification method, and on users' age they say "If you are a minor, then you will not use the Site."

Rule34.xxx still accepts AI work under extended rules posted on February 22, 2025. Each AI post needs the AI_Generated tag plus "10 other good tags," uploads stop at 100 a day, and photorealistic styles are refused. "Deepfakes are NOT allowed," the AI rules add. The ai_generated tag covered 3,570,819 posts on October 26, 2026, or 22.2% of all 16,109,255.

Rule 34 Paheal accepts AI work but bans deepfakes, and Paheal's rule number 34 says anything "wholly or partly AI-made must be tagged 'AI-generated.'" Rule34Gen at rule34gen.com, one of the six sites in our rule 34 website comparison, uses the same sentence on children as Rule34video. A paid text-to-video generator trades under the same name at rule34gen.video, whose pricing page says results are kept for 7 days without a subscription.

The Rule34.xxx API asks for a key, and without one it answered "Missing authentication" when checked on October 26, 2026. Members find their key and user ID under My Account, Options. Each request returns at most 1,000 posts, and the API terms allow one key per person and forbid ads or paywalls around content pulled from the site.

Rule 34 World's terms contradict themselves on downloads, saying uploads "may be viewed, downloaded, shared, and distributed," then forbidding users to "download, copy, reproduce, distribute" content beyond what is allowed. Rule34video's homepage text mentions no download option, and I did not open video pages to check further.
