Privacy Policy
rule-34-video.com processes little personal data. It has no accounts, sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party services. This policy, written with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind, covers this site only and none of the sites it describes.

Your Data at a Glance
The site handles two kinds of data, and only the first reaches our server:
| Data | Where it is kept and for how long |
|---|---|
| Server logs | IP address, date, page requested and browser, kept on our hosting server for security and fault-finding, then deleted when the logs rotate |
| 18+ answer | the key r34v_age_ok in your browser's local storage, never sent to our server, kept until you clear it |
Who Is Responsible
The data controller is the publisher of this site, whose contact is listed in the legal notice of our terms of use. Requests about your data go to [email protected].
Server Logs and Legal Basis
Server logs keep the site running, protect it against abuse and help us fix errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted in regular rotation once they are no longer needed for security or diagnosis.
The Age Prompt and Local Storage
Your answer to the 18+ prompt stays in your browser's local storage under the key r34v_age_ok, so the site does not ask again on every page. Storing it needs no consent, because Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) exempts storage that is strictly necessary for a service you asked for, and the key does nothing else. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
When You Leave the Site
The buttons on our pages lead to third-party sites through a redirect. Once you arrive there, their own privacy policies apply, and those sites may set cookies, ask you to log in or run an age check of their own.
Your Rights
The GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to object to it and to data portability. Write to [email protected]. Under Article 12(3) GDPR we answer within one month, a period that can extend by up to two months for a complex request. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or to the supervisory authority in your own EU country. UK visitors can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We do not sell or share personal information.
Minors, Security and Updates
The site is for adults and shows an 18+ prompt on entry. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Pages are served over HTTPS. This policy may change, and the date below shows the current version.
